Quantion is a Business Digital Transformation services company founded in 2015 and part of the Astek Group group operating in more than 25 countries with over 10,000 employees worldwide.

Our team is specialized in application development, UX/UI, and digital business transformation, focused on building innovative solutions that drive measurable business results.

What will you do?

• You will be an ambassador for agile values and teach an agile mindset and agile frameworks
• You will guiding and coaching product teams and support Product Owners to deliver continuous customer value
• You will be a servant leader with a strong hands-on mentality – whatever impediments there might be for the product team, I will be there to remove them
• You will be a collaborator by heart, with a strong sense of empathy, and equipped with extraordinary communication skills helping me to overcome any conflict
• You will be driven by continuous improvement and fostering new, creative solutions
• You will work pragmatically and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions with speed
• You will be an active member of the Lufthansa Group Agile Community
• You will work in an international environment with a diverse team

What you will need:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working in an agile team
• Agile mindset and have profound expertise in implementing agility in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
• Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it
• Very good command of the English language and fluency in German
